Preparing, implementing, and critically reviewing a comprehensive classroom management plan have allowed me to feel confident in navigating student behavior in the classroom, family contact for both positive and negative situations, and administrative expectations of teacher responsibility.

A teacher’s most important classroom management strategy is to be close to the students and engaged in their learning.
